COMMUNICATION

  • Writing and editing press releases, news articles, in-house magazines, case studies, speeches and annual reports in English, French, Italian and Spanish
  • Liaising with the press and broadcast media on an everyday basis via telephone and email, monitoring press and broadcast coverage
  • Arranging press conferences, press tours, news briefings, media interviews, visits and public events
  • Producing and supervising the art direction of advertising brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs
  • Keeping up to date with current issues and public opinions
  • Managing the press and media in a potential crisis situation
  • Creating dynamics websites

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    • analyzing the business needs/requirements in measurable goals
    • defining the project feasibility (S.W.O.T. analysis), and strategic lines of production and organization
    • fundraising
    • identifying deliverables and creating the work breakdown structure;
    • identifying the activities needed to complete those deliverables and networking the activities in their logical sequence
    • measuring the ongoing project activities
    • finalizing all activities across all of the process groups to formally close the project or a project phase
